IF YOU PASS through the south of Dublin city with any frequency you have probably seen this small structure.

This coffee kiosk sits on the junction of Lansdowne Road, Pembroke Road and Northumberland Road and is now on the market for €200,000.

The pricetag might seem a bit on the steep side, but is being sold as an investment opportunity.

Currently the kiosk is operated by Silverskin Coffee Roasters Ltd with a short-term contract running until 2017.

The site lets for €15,600 a year and has been in use by Silverskin since 2012.

Speaking to TheJournal.ie, Stephen Brennan, who is handling the sale for estate agents CBRE, said:

It is in a good location for a coffee kiosk or a newsagents. It is in a good place to catch the people going to watch the rugby in Lansdowne Road.
