GARDAÍ ARE investigating a collision on the M1 northbound at junction 12 (Drogheda) this afternoon. A number of minor injuries have been reported after the incident occurred at around 3pm. Gardaí say that the injured persons have been taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda for treatment. Motorists heading northbound on the M1 are being asked to divert at junction 10. They can rejoin the motorway at junction 12 and continue their journey northbound.

came upon this accident. emergency services did a great job of dealing with the accident while getting the traffic moving.
There weren’t any fatalities, a 25 year old male has been arrested in connection with the crash.
If only some drivers could see how a couple of seconds can change so many lives forever, even theirs.

Drove past it. It’s SERIOUSLY backed up for about a km
