Controlled explosion in Belfast

AN ARMY BOMB disposal unit has carried out a controlled explosion on a car abandoned outside a police station in west Belfast. Around 100 families were evacuated from the area, according to the Belfast Telegraph. On Tuesday, a car bomb exploded outside a police station in Derry, and yesterday a bomb was found under a soldier’s car in Co Down. No one was injured in either incident.
