Appeal for witnesses after death of motorcyclist in Cork crash

The man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene this morning.

GARDAÍ IN CORK are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Cork this morning in which a motorcyclist was killed.

The man in his 20s was fatally injured when his motorcycle was involved in a crash on the South Ring Road in Togher at 11.15am. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Traffic restrictions are in place and gardaí are still at the scene.

Gardaí are appealing for witnessess to this collision to contact Togher garda station on 021 494 7120, the Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800-666-111 or any garda station.
