Driver (69) killed after car collides with bus in Dundalk

The crash happened on the Inner Relief Road yesterday evening.

A 69-year-old man has died in hospital after a crash in Dundalk, Co Louth yesterday evening.

The crash – between a bus and car – happened on the Inner Relief Road in the town at around 5pm, according to gardaí.

The man, who was driving the car, was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.

He died this afternoon.
