Young man in critical condition after serious crash in Kilkenny last night

It happened in Julianstown, Ballyfoyle at around 10.30pm.

TWO PEOPLE WERE injured in a crash between a van and a car in Kilkenny last night, one man is critical.

It happened in Julianstown, Ballyfoyle at around 10.30pm.

Gardaí described the crash as a “serious road traffic collision” and said they attended the scene alongside emergency services.

Both cars were only occupied by the drivers and they were both taken to Kilkenny Hospital.

One male driver in his 30s is said to be in critical condition.

Gardaí say that enquiries are continuing.
