Three collisions reported on the M50 this morning

Gardaí say the road – both northbound and southbound – has now been cleared.

DELAYS HAVE EASED on the M50 this morning following three earlier collisions along the motorway.

Emergency services have cleared what AA Roadwatch described as a serious multi-vehicle collision on the road but Gardaí said there were no reports of injuries or casualties yet.

An earlier two-vehicle collision on the M50 southbound at Liffey Bridge has also been cleared.

A third crash occurred at the M50 northbound at junction 12 Firhouse. It has been moved off the road but delays remain almost back to Sandyford, warns AA Roadwatch.
