Here's the average price of a home in Crumlin in 2018

The latest figures from Daft.ie.

THE AVERAGE ASKING price of a home in Crumlin is now just under €300,000, according to the latest figures from Daft.ie.

Analysis of all properties advertised in the area in the first three months of 2018 puts the average list price at €298,834.

This is significantly less than the average asking price in some neighbouring areas of Dublin 12. In Kimmage the equivalent figure is €374,858 and in Walkinstown it is €354,003.

Crumlin however is slightly more expensive than Drimnagh, where the average asking price is €287,295.

And prices in the neighbourhood have been rising consistently. They increased by nearly 13 per cent last year, and 14 per cent the year before that. Asking prices have more than doubled since 2012, when they dipped to their lowest level of €147,432.

Across D12, list prices are well below the all-Dublin average of roughly €410,000.
