What can I get in Ireland right now for... under €400,000?

KNOWING WHAT YOUR money will get you in a constantly fluctuating market can be valuable whether you’re a first time buyer or have been climbing the ladder a while.

Each week, we cherry-pick a collection of houses across the country within a specific price range, to give you a better sense of what you might be able to afford. Here are four homes around the country that are on the market for under €400,000.

Navan Road, Dublin 7 – €395,000

For an element of city life with street noise that won’t keep you up at night, this three bedroomed terraced house could be your answer. The ground floor includes a guest WC, a lounge, and an open plan kitchen/dining room that leads to the south facing garden. Killenard, Co Laois – €395,000

Naas, Co Kildare – €395,000
