Meet the boy whose friends will restore your faith in humanity

Danny, champion of the world.

DANNY KEEFE ISN’T your average six-year-old.

Small for his age, he stands out of the crowd in his dapper suit, tie and jaunty fedora.

When he was born, the Bostonian suffered a brain haemorrhage, and his parents were told he would have serious health problems.

But the plucky kid hasn’t let anything – including speech issues – stand in his way, and is the water boy for the Bridgewater Badgers Division 5 Peewees team.

So when his teammates heard that some people were picking on Danny for the way he speaks, they decided to do something very special
