Man arrested over murder of Cork man Darren Falsey

A man in his late 20s has been arrested over the murder of the Cork man who was shot three times in the face.

GARDAÍ IN CO CORK investigating the murder of 36-year-old Darren Falsey in the county earlier this year have arrested a man this morning.

The man was arrested this morning and is being detained at Togher Garda Station.

The man, who is in his late 20s, is being detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.

Falsey was found dead at his home in Carrigaline on August 3, having been shot three times in the face.
