Five units of Dublin Fire Brigade extinguish blaze at Harold's Cross warehouse

The fire occurred at a warehouse at Leinster Place.

DUBLIN FIRE BRIGADE was called to attend the scene of a blaze south of the city centre this evening, after a warehouse went on fire at Harold’s Cross.

The alarm was raised around 8pm this evening.

Five pumps were deployed to the address at Leinster Place, as was the chemical incident unit, a Dublin Fire Brigade spokesperson told TheJournal.ie.

The fire at the warehouse was extinguished a short time later.

The spokesperson added that the fire crews were just finishing up at the scene, and were about to leave the area at approximately 9.45pm.
