Did you get caught out with no sun cream?

THE SUN WAS shining over the bank holiday weekend, inspiring many to go for a swim, have a 99 and fire up the BBQ.

With so many out enjoying the good weather, it was easy to get caught out in the sun’s rays and burn.

If you did get a bit red this weekend, the HSE recommends regularly reapplying sun cream, wearing a wide brimmed hat, seeking shade and covering exposed skin to avoid getting burnt in future.
