Poll: Have you ever written a love letter?

Give to us straight. Be honest.

LOVE LETTERS ARE among the heirlooms to be sold by the grandchildren of WB Yeats in London next month.

The Irish Times reports that the sale of hundreds of items could earn the Yeats estate up to €2 million.

The average love letter (ie, one not penned by a Nobel Prize-winning poet) might not end up in Sotheby’s but it’s priceless to someone.

Have you ever written a love letter? And we’re excluding sexting.

Poll Results:

Yes - and written by hand (4733)
No - and I won't ever (2579)
No - but I think I might now (430)
Yes - but it was by email (201)
