Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Donegal for under €400,000?

Four spacious homes for some pretty attractive prices.

GETTING TO KNOW a fast-changing property market is tricky, but we’re here to make things a little easier.

Every week, we pick a number of homes within a similar budget, to give you a snapshot of the landscape at a particular price point.

This week, we’re looking at properties around Donegal with an asking price of €400,000 or under.

Three-bed, semi-detached, Muff – €178,000

24 Wheatfield spans 111 m² and is a modern home that’s just a short walk from Muff village.
