Man in his 60s dies in Dublin house fire

The fire broke out at the house on Lissadel Drive in Drimnagh earlier tonight.

A MAN IN his 60s has died following a house fire in Dublin.

The fire broke out at the house on Lissadel Drive in Drimnagh earlier tonight.

Two units of Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene.

The man, 67, was taken to hospital with his injuries, but pronounced dead a short time later.

Gardaí say that the fire does not appear suspicious at present, but the scene is sealed off.
