This man escaped being trapped between two trucks

He was in his pick-up when it got stuck in a pile-up.

A TRUCK-DRIVER narrowly escaped death or serious injury after getting wedged in his pick-up truck during a pile-up.

Kaleb Whitby was pictured in the cab of his vehicle after it got sandwiched between two large trucks on the Oregon interstate.

He told CNN that he saw a truck jack-knife in front of him on the foggy road, and tried to avoid crashing into the truck. But after he crashed into it, he noticed another truck coming towards him.

The road was covered in black ice at the time. “I turned right back, closed my eyes and said a prayer I’d be safe,” he said of the incident. He turned his head and kept praying.

He was trapped in the truck for about half an hour, and only suffered a small injury to his eye.
