€200,000 worth of drugs found in Cavan last night

No arrests have yet been made.

CANNABIS PLANTS WITH an estimated street value of €200,000 were found at a disused premises in Cavan last night.

The drugs were discovered as part of an on-going intelligence-led operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the Cavan area.

Gardai from Ballyconnell carried out a search at a disused premises in Mullanwary, Ballyconnell last night at around 7pm.

There were no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
