19-year-old woman arrested over drugs trafficking and money laundering

The woman is currently in custody at a police station in Belfast.

A TEENAGER HAS been arrested on suspicion of drugs trafficking and money laundering.

The 19-year-old woman was arrested in the Kensington area of London after the planned search of a property on Saturday.

Approximately £48,000 was seized during the search.

The woman is currently in custody at a police station in Belfast, she’s helping police with their enquiries.

It comes after two women were charged in connection with a £350,000 cannabis seizure in Belfast and Down on July 2 and 3.
