What’s does 950k work out at per month over 20years ? I’m thinking …mA little over 4k per month. Every month, Lets say you will need an other 3 k per month to eat, dress, pay bills, bring up and educate a few kids, and drive a car. So 7000 per month ( after tax) call that 12000 per mo nth Gross.
You would need a salary of c 144000 per annum. Expensive enough… But there are plenty of professional type couples out there with that type of income. Enjoy it -

It’s not for first time buyers at that price you would normally trade up or rock up with a minimum of £300,000 cash.
