WHEN IT COMES to space and a seaside location, 6 Fairacre is sure to tick these boxes and more.

A large four-bed home in Malahide, this luxury 214 m² home is part of a development called The Warren and it’s now on the market for  €1,100,000.

Filled with light with wonderful flow from room to room, it was built in about 2006 so it has a healthy BER of B2 to make for a warm home that needs little in the way of upgrading.

In that respect, aside from the next owner wanting to put their own stamp on the place, the house is ready to walk into.

A bespoke staircase meets you in the hall with a guest toilet to the left and double doors to the lounge that’s full of light thanks to a large bay window. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and it has its own bathroom. Large sash windows look out to the front garden.

With its red brick exterior and plenty of off-street parking it’s clear that this is a high-end home outside as well as in with classical proportions like high ceilings and a wide hallway. It’s also a house made for entertaining in, if the lounges, kitchen and dining spaces are anything to go by.

The kitchen is open plan incorporating a sitting room and a breakfast bar. From here, double doors let you step out to the back garden. There’s also a utility room off the kitchen that has a door to the side of the house.

Three more big bedrooms sit upstairs with another main bedroom enjoying its own bathroom as well as a walk-in dressing room. The other bedrooms are both doubles too and they share the family bathroom.

Outside the home, the driveway continues around to the back of the house where there’s a pretty courtyard that faces south as does the low maintenance, yet big, garden, which further proves that this is a great house to entertain guests from.

6 Fairacre also has the luxury of sitting at the end of a quiet cul de sac, yet everything Malahide has to offer is just a stroll away. Located on the coast and full of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, along with sports clubs and a choice of school, it has everything anyone needs day-to-day. Throw in the added benefit of being on the DART line and this is almost city living without compromising space, fresh air and a sense of community.

6 Fairacre, The Warren, Malahide, Co Dublin is on the market for €1,100,000 through Move Home Estate and Letting Agent.
