Firefighters dealt with major blaze at 10 bedroom house

Five units of Dublin Fire Brigade were called to the house yesterday evening.

DUBLIN FIRE BRIGADE attended a major blaze at a 10 bedroom house in Rathcoole last night.

Five units of Dublin Fire Brigade were called to the house, which is believed to be owned by Nama, just after 7pm.

It took over five hours to bring the fire under control.

Pumps from Tallaght, Rathfarnham, Dun Laoghaire and Dolphin’s Barn attended the scene.

There were no injuries in the fire.

Dublin Fire Brigade did not comment on whether or not the fire was being treated as suspicious.
