Another man was treated at the scene.

A MAN HAS died in a house fire in Dublin.

The fire broke out in a house in the southern suburb of Cabinteely around 7.40pm this evening.

Around 20 Dublin Fire Brigade members attended the scene and brought the fire under control quickly. However, the body of the man, believed to be in his 60s, was found in a back bedroom.

A younger man was treated at the scene, but did not require hospital treatment.

The scene has been handed over to An Garda Síochána.
