Poll: Are you an early bird or a night owl?

Give it to us straight. Be honest.

A REPORT IN the Guardian about the perfect working hours for the human body caught our eyes yesterday.

It detailed how a YouGov survey showed that the most popular working hours (ie the ones people wanted, rather than the ones they actually have) were 8am to 4pm.

But it also revealed that we care more about what time we have to wake up, rather than what time we’ve to clock in.

We all know our body clocks change over the years (remember how much sleep you wanted/needed as a teenager?) but how are you doing now?

How do you class yourself? Are you more of an early bird or a night owl?

Poll Results:

Early bird (4889)
Night Owl (4455)
Other (let us know in the comments) (535)
