Fun poll: Which do you enjoy more - Christmas or Easter?

Your daily bite-sized ballot break.

CHOCOLATE HANGOVER ASIDE, we hope you’ve had a nice Easter weekend.

While not all of us (hello from TheJournal.ie offices) are lucky enough to get a three- or four-day break, Easter is a nice pitstop on the way to summer for most.

It has a lot in common with Christmas – as well as the religious connotations, it’s traditionally a time for family, overindulgence (well, from Sunday on), treats and a big roast dinner.

If you really had to choose, which would be your favourite – Easter or Christmas? And if you need to boil this down to lamb vs turkey, go right ahead. And no, we’re not giving you an option to not like either.

Poll Results:

Christmas is treemendous (10677)
Easter is most eggcellent (2574)
