The Air Corps got a pretty spectacular view of Ed Sheeran last night

Not bad at all.

AS THE SECOND batch of 80,000 people flooded in to Croke Park, the Irish Air Corps were patrolling overhead.

And, as is their wont, they picked up the best picture of the evening.

If you were at the gig, you know what happened. If you weren’t let us recap: Glen Hansard and Kodaline took to the stage with Ed to perform Molly Malone before Kodaline bass player Jay Boland got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend Etaoin Corr.

Fair play.
