Efforts to identify victim of Dublin blaze

GARDAÍ are attempting trying to establish the identity of a man who died last night following a house fire at a disused property on Ulverton Road in Dalkey, Co Dublin. The man, who is thought to have been aged between 40 and 50, is believed to have been staying at the property intermittently for the past few weeks.
