Elderly man killed in Dublin crash

Gardai are investigating the fatal crash.

A MAN IN his 80s died yesterday afternoon when the car he was driving crashed with another car.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

It happened on the Dublin Road, Malahide at around 2pm.

The driver of the second car, a man in his 50’s, was taken to Beaumont Hospital with minor injuries.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact Malahide Garda Station on 01-6664600, The Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
