THIS WEEK, TÁNAISTE Micheál Martin revealed something horrifying to sweet-treat enthusiasts – he has not eaten a biscuit in 30 years.
Martin is a well-known health fanatic, he drinks green tea, he doesn’t eat chips or toast, and now we know the Fianna Fáil leader isn’t a fan of biscuits either.
For some, the thought of a tea break without a biscuit on the side is unthinkable, but there be some of you out there in agreement with the Tánaiste – biscuits aren’t all that.
