Elected to South Dublin County Council in 2004, she lost her seat in 2009 and failed to regain it in 2014. She is involved with a number of community groups in her area.

Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

I understand the issues and needs in the area. I have lived in the Old Bawn estate for many years and have a long family history in Tallaght.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

Housing and the homeless in Tallaght. I have always tried to play my part in improving the lives of the more vulnerable living among us.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

To improve and upgrade Tallaght Hospital with special priority for patients on trolleys, waiting times and shortage of beds.
