Biography

Mulligan has been a councillor on Waterford City and County Council since 2014. He was re-elected in the 2019 local elections. He is a former diver with the Irish Naval Services. He is vice-chair of the joint policing committee on the council. He also helps his wife in their family hairdressing business.

Why should someone vote for you?

I want to influence a society where economic and personal wellbeing are connected, where people have a chance to achieve their full potential.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

To serve the people of Waterford City and County with passion, dedication and hard work.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

To commence a debate with colleagues of all parties that our generation have responsibilities to those who follow us.
