Biography

Murphy is a former journalist with Radio Kerry and The Kingdom newspaper. She currently works as a family carer and a freelance media producer. She unsuccessfully ran in the 2019 local elections. She lives in Templenoe.

Why should someone vote for you?

I will campaign to make communities resilient to the coming changes and to ease the transition as much as possible.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

The provision of a proper public transport system to give rural communities connectivity.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Be present. There are too many absentees from the Dáil chamber.
