Biography

Devlin was first elected to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in 2004. He has been re-elected at every local election since. He unsuccessfully ran in the 2016 general election. He was elected as chairperson of the council in 2016. He is involved in local organisations including a GAA club, Beaufort Day Care Centre and Sallynoggin College of Further Education.
