Biography

Donnelly has been a TD since 2011. He was first elected as an Independent candidate before co-founding the Social Democrats party with two other Independent TDs. He left the Social Democrats in 2016 and joined Fianna Fáil the next year. He is the party spokesperson on health. He previously worked for a management consultant and studied international development.
