The Tree Council of Ireland launched its Tetra Pak Tree Day themed ‘Our Planet, Our Choice – Ár bPláinéid, Ár Rogha’ event today.

On Tetra Pak Tree Day, taking place on Thursday 5 October, primary schools and families nationwide are invited to spend the day learning about trees and being outside enjoying their natural environment.

Here, Tailskinner the Tree Man tries to get ‘uprooted’ by senior infants pupils from Our Lady of Consolation National School in Donnycarney in St. Annes Park.
