Poll: How much exercise will you get this weekend?

Are those new year resolutions holding up okay, two weeks in?

ARE YOU THE sort of person who crams all their exercise activity into the weekend?

Good news, if you are. A team of scientists have found that people who exercise mainly on the weekends may reap significant health benefits, on par with people who work out more regularly.

That said – the forecast isn’t great. And it’s difficult to motivate yourself in mid-January. And ‘La La Land’ is out in cinemas now, isn’t it? Everyone says that’s supposed to be brilliant.

This morning we’re asking: How much exercise will you get this weekend?

Poll Results:

Between 30 and 60 minutes (3086)
Less than 30 minutes (2974)
One to two hours (2881)
Two to three hours (1259)
Over three hours (818)
