Poll: Do you enter Facebook and Twitter competitions?

Like and share?

EVER SINCE COMPANIES cottoned on to the fact that competitions are easy wins on social media, timelines have been flooded with (mostly futile) attempts at winning phones and holidays.

Sometimes, the competition creates uproar, as a car dealership in Galway found out today and sometimes you get unfollowed and blocked.

But do you do it?

We’re asking: Do you enter Facebook and Twitter competitions?

Poll Results:

No, social media is for pictures of babies and food (2261)
Only if the prize is really, really good (1770)
I like answering polls but have no strong opinion (894)
Can't we just get along? (318)
Yes, my timeline is full of them. (253)
