GALWAY

Burren Nature Sanctuary: Burren Nature Sanctuary in Kinvara is home to lots of animals and plant life, as well as a fantastic playground. Take a walk through their fairy forest, and if you visit on a Sunday, be sure to be there by 11am to take Emilia the micro pig for her daily constitutional.

Family Day @ National Concert Hall: The NCH is decking itself out for families this Saturday, with a toddler and baby bop, tin whistle workshop and a bodhran masterclass taking place throughout the day.

Tiny Tunes Cabaret: Introduce your kids to the raucous world of cabaret with this all-singing and dancing family-orientated show performed by Susannah de Wrixon at The Mill Theatre in Dundrum this Sunday.

Teddy Bears’ Picnic: Grab your favourite cuddly toy and head along to An Tain Arts Centre in Dundalk this Saturday for a morning full of songs, rhymes, games and movement.
