Students given 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' word puzzle in class

Words such as “spanking” “handcuffs” and “bondage” were just some of the words included on the list.

STUDENTS IN A middle school in Pittsburgh were handed out a Fifty Shades of Grey word search puzzle in class.

Words such as “spanking” “handcuffs” and “bondage” were just some of the words included on the list that were handed out, allegedly by a teacher, at Monessen Middle School this week.

WTAE Pittsburgh’s Action News reports that parents raised the matter at Tuesday’s school board meeting, asking how their children received the racy word search.

The school board president said the matter is being investigated by the district. She said she understood the concerns of the parents.

CBS Pittsburgh reports that the superintendent of the district said it is a personnel issue and the children in the district are safe.
