Fire at Omagh school being treated as 'suspicious'

The fire at Heatherbank school, which broke out late last night, caused substantial damage.

POLICE IN OMAGH are treating as suspicious a fire at a school in the Arvalee Road area which broke out last night as suspicious.

Substantial damage was caused to Heatherbank school but there have been no reports of injuries, according to the PSNI.

The blaze is currently being treated as suspicious and a full investigated is due to take place once it is safe to enter the building.
