Firefighters battle blaze in Cork city

No injuries have been reported.

FIREFIGHTERS IN CORK have successfully quenched a blaze at a building on Lower John Street near the city centre.

Several units of Cork City Fire Brigade were at the scene.

The fire is now under control, but led to road closures and diversions earlier tonight. No injuries were reported.
