Five units of fire brigade put out fire at Dublin city centre pub

The fire at the Karma Stone on Wexford Street was spotted in the early hours of the morning.

FIVE UNITS OF Dublin Fire Brigade brought a fire at a Dublin city centre pub under control in the early hours of this morning.

The fire happened at the Karma Stone pub at the junction of Wexford Street and Kevin Street.

People were still inside the pub when the incident happened but no injuries were reported and no-one was taken to hospital.

Gardaí also attended the scene at the pub, which is close to DIT Aungier Street and is popular with students.

The fire was extinguished by the fire brigade within a short period of time.
