A FIRE THAT started in a skip soon spread to a house on Morehampton Road, Donnybrook, Dublin.
Local roads were closed while the Fire Service sent two fire engines to deal with the fire.

It is believed the fire began in a skip located after the junction at Waterloo Road and then spread to the house.
The fire was brought under control in about 30 minutes and no injuries were reported.
Local roads have now reopened.

The only successful part of their protest was that the authorities very stupidly overreacted, something that seems to be dawning on them, hence the backpedalling.
