2. #CLERY’S Clery’s workers have protested in Dublin, 11 weeks after the closure of the department store. The former staff held a rally outside the offices of Natrium Consortium, the new owners of the store.

3. #GOODBYE UPC Virgin Media is the new name for UPC in Ireland, after the telecommunications company became part of the Virgin Group last December.

4.#AUSTRIA A toddler and three young boys were among the dead people found in a truck in Austria. Police believe they were already dead when the truck arrived into the country.

5. #RADIO There are more changes afoot at 2FM – it was announced today that Rick O’Shea’s show will move to a weekend slot. Tracy Clifford of Spin 1038 will have a new show on weekday afternoons.
