Four arrested after separate North-South drug stings

FOUR MEN have been arrested on both sides of the border after Gardaí and officers from the PSNI each recovered about €1m worth of drugs in near-simultaneous raids yesterday. Gardaí from Ardee carried out a planned search on a house in Dromiskin, Co Louth yesterday morning, recovering the drugs which are usually associated with Head Shops and arrested a man later. The PSNI, meanwhile, arrested three men after stopping two cars and a lorry in Belfast; they recovered 60kg of cabbanis and 50,000 ecstasy tablets.
