Take a break and watch the first ad for the Friends reunion

The special will be airing at the end of this month.

THE FIRST GLIMPSE of the reunited Friends cast has just been released.

The actors are back together for a tribute to James Burrows, a television director who was involved in the show and co-created the sitcom Cheers.

While the line-up isn’t 100% complete – Matthew Perry being busy with a play in London – the other five appear sat next to each other on a sofa, sending levels of nostalgia through the roof.

In the clip – which lasts less than a minute – the cast are only seen talking briefly, but by the looks of things everybody seems to be getting along.

Short as it is, it’s sure to be enough to excite fans of the programme which last aired in 2004.

The two-hour special will also feature cast members from a number of other shows Burrows was involved in and is to air on 21 February.
