IT’S A RESULT many people did not expect: Donald Trump will be the next president of the United States.

Most of the polls were wrong and early predictions of a Hillary Clinton victory proved very wide of the mark.

After Clinton called him to concede, Trump told his supporters: “I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be a president for all Americans, this is so important to me.”
