Price Comparison: What can I buy around Galway for under €400,000?

From a five-bed in Ballyglunin to a three-bed in the city centre.

WITH PROPERTY ACROSS the country in such high demand, it can be difficult to get an idea of what your money will get you. 

That’s why each week, we pick a number of homes in a specific county, to make things a little easier to grasp. 

This week, we’re looking at properties around Galway with an asking price of €400,000 or less.

Five-bed, detached, Ballyglunin – €320,000

Although it stands on half an acre and offers scenic countryside views, this five-bed home is close to villages like Abbeyknockmoy and Corofin. It’s also just 8 minutes from Tuam, and 15 minutes from Athenry.
