20 homes searched in Limerick city in massive garda operation

Gardaí recovered mobile phones and laptops during the search operation.

GARDAÍ IN LIMERICK have carried out a large-scale operation in the city, conducting early morning raids on around 20 houses.

One man has been arrested in connection with the investigation and is being held at Roxboro Road Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

A number of items, including mobile phones and laptops, were seized.

Investigations are ongoing.
