Gardaí appeal after body found in Louth village

The body was found at around 4.40am this morning in Carnalogue, near Louth Village.

GARDAÍ ARE APPEALING for information after the body of a 35-year-old man was found in Louth.

The body was found at around 4.40am this morning in Carnalogue, near Louth Village.

The man was pronounced dead at scene and was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Gardai in Ardee are appealing to anyone who travelled the road at Carnalogue between 4.15am and 4.45am this morning to contact Ardee Garda Station at 041 6853222, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
